MIXER:

 2D430, 27 cubic  foot double-drum contrablend mixer, rubber lined, direct chain and sprocket drive paddle shafts.  Powered by an electric gear motor.  Furnished with operator platform for ease of operation.

WATER SYSTEM: 

Strong #100 progressive cavity pump, holding hopper, constant speed drive. Output to be determined, suggested range of 70-100 GPM discharge rate. Powered by a waterproof electric gear motor.

MATERIALS PUMP:

Operator accessible manual on/off 1.5" water meter with direct reading dial.

CONTROL SYSTEM:  

System to include on/off function for mixer and on/off/reverse function for pump. System to include all necessary safety switches and controls for safe operation of system. Wired for 230 V/ 3 Phase/60 Htz or 460 V/3 Phase/60 Htz

Unit is skid mounted with solid steel casters.
