FillerMate

Designed for in-plant installation for use on tank fills, fire proofing, sound reduction or any application needing a batch mix of lightweight concrete.

The FILLERMATE®’s ground hopper/auger allows material to be emptied from bags at ground level and then trasferred to the mixer electrically.

ELECTRICAL CONTROLS

• A disconnect knob is provided for locking out power to the machine during maintenance and clean-up.
• All controls are located near the operator for easy access.
• Separately fused starters adhere to NEC codes.
• All enclosures meet NEMA specifications for water resistance.

OPERATOR PLATFORM

• Heavy-duty steel construction.
• Expanded metal decking prevents buildup of residual water and material.
• A removable handrail provides safety and comfort for the operator.  An optional pallet rack may be installed in lieu of the handrail.

OTHER

• All machines can be wired for 480 VAC power upon request.
• Heavy-duty steel casters are standard on every unit.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

• PALLET RACK: Platform for placing material in easy reach of the operator.  The pallet rack replaces the removable handrail.
• GROUND HOPPER/AUGER: Machine accessory which allows material to be emptied at ground level and then transferred by screw conveyor to the mixer.
• DUST REMOVAL SYSTEM: Specially designed hoods may be attached to the mixer and/or optional Ground Hopper to entrap dust particles.
